Event sponsored by Chisholm Trail Elks Lodge. All proceeds benefit Childrens Medical Fund. Profits stay local and are distributed to families with seriously ill children.
Full day event at San Gabriel Park - beautiful 100 year old oaks will shade 200 vendor sites. Set-up on grass. Midway style foods available. Peter Pan Play Island will feature everything from Pony Rides to Face Painting!

Entertainment:
JC Productions will act as DJ and MC throughout the day. Opening act is Billy Snipes, soloist. Gabe Nieto and the Jalapeno Express Band plays from Noon - 2pm. Well known group that has opened for Dixie Chicks, Rick Trevino, Patty Loveless, etc. The Blue Diamonds - Jazz Band will complete the day from 3pm to 5pm. Continuous music provided by JC Productions through-out the day.
Activities:
Peter Pan Play Island - for the kids in all of us. Pony rides, trains, Monster Truck, clowns, balloon artists, face painting, magic shows, pixie dust candy making, kiss my bead jewelry making. Watch for updates as this area grows!

All artists, crafters, home based vendors, and retail sellers are invited to participate.
All vendors must be at least 18 years of age. Must have valid Sales tax permit. FOOD Vendors MUST HAVE Williamson County Temporary Food Permit! Contact information can be supplied upon request.
Completion of application does not guarantee selection. All entries are reviewed for acceptability. NO garage sale or flea market items are permitted.
Approved vendors may not subcontract their booth space.
If you are unable to attend, a courtesy call is expected prior to the show. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE MADE DUE TO VENDOR CANCELLATION OR REMOVAL FOR CAUSE.
All booth displays, tables, awnings and props are to be provided by the vendor and maintained within the allotted space. Stakes are allowed.
In the event of inclement weather, The Elks Club will make every effort to hold/continue the event. All vendors are expected to comply. NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE MADE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
• Hours are from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
• Set-up times will be posted in set-up package
• ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM SET UP AND PARKED ASAP
TEARDOWN is on the posted closing hour. Any vendor failing to comply will be removed from our mailing list and deemed ineligible to participate in future shows. EARLY TEARDOWN is unacceptable and unfair to other vendors and will not be allowed.
FOR SAFETY REASONS, NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN EVENT AREA FOR ANY REASON DURING SHOW HOURS.
Electricity is not included in space rental. Each vendor will provide their own waste receptacle, keep their area free from refuse during EVENT hours and clean up/dispose of their own garbage.
